Welcome to this charming, fully renovated 1920s family home (140m²). With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to four adults or a family of five. Fully equipped for a relaxed stay, including toys for young children—an ideal base for exploring Haarlem, the beach, and Amsterdam.
Ground floor
Because the house is a corner home with an extra side window, the living area is wonderfully bright and spacious. The ground floor has an open layout with a living room, dining area and kitchen — a relaxed space to spend time together.
Living room
At the front you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable corner sofa, television and a selection of toys for children. A perfect place to unwind after a day in Haarlem.
Dining area
The dining area is ideal for long dinners together. The table — made from wood with epoxy resin — adds a unique touch and fits beautifully with the mix of modern and vintage elements. Two children’s chairs and a high chair are available.
Kitchen
The kitchen (installed in 2025) is fully equipped for cooking: an extra-tall fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, oven with microwave function, Quooker, coffee machine, dishwasher and all essentials. Everything you need to feel at home.
City garden
At the back of the house you’ll find a small west-facing city garden, with sun for a large part of the day in summer.
There is a comfortable outdoor sofa and seating — perfect for coffee or a drink in the sun. For children, there’s a sandbox, and on warm days you can easily set up a small paddling pool for extra fun.
First floor
Master bedroom
On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed (180 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe. Located at the back of the house, this room is wonderfully quiet — a perfect place to relax and recharge.
Children’s bedroom
At the front of the house is a spacious children’s bedroom. Here you’ll find a charming house bed with a pull-out bed underneath, which is also comfortable for an adult. The room also includes a small open toddler bed, making it ideal for families traveling with young children.
Nursery
Next to this room is a small nursery, where we can place a travel cot (camping crib) if needed.
First bathroom
Also on this floor is the first bathroom, equipped with a shower, bathtub and toilet.

On the top floor, at the back of the house, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and a separate toilet.

This floor also has the second bathroom, equipped with a shower and washing machine.
